Last week, SpotboyE.com was the first to report that Karan Johar had approached Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for a special cameo in his next film. The filmmaker is all set to direct Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, which will have Anushka Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor in the lead. Turns out that though he had tweeted last week that conjectures about his film shouldn't be believed, we were on the right track. Pritam has been roped in for the music
The artistes mentioned above are on board to play the roles we had reported. The film is slated to release on June 3, 2016. Understandably, it rolls as soon as Ranbir gets done with his impending assignments.
After wrapping up Jagga Jasoos and Tamasha, Ranbir will be working on Ayan Mukerji's next with Alia, which is going to be a Christmas release in 2016. With Karan's directorial also in his kitty, the actor has already frozen his space in 2016.
Karan has recently worked with Anushka and Ranbir in Bombay Velvet. Impressed with their work, he has decided to cast them as the lead pair in his next, a mature love story. Aishwarya and Karan were spotted on Diwali at the Bachchan household, which triggered off the speculations. Now, they've all been laid to rest.
